Our Fitness Kickboxing classes are just the thing you have been looking for. Each session provides an intense calorie burning, body shaping and endurance building workout that will keep your body melting fat for hours afterwards. No experience is needed and you do not have to be an athlete to enjoy the benefits of these classes. In fact, this is the program to help you transform yourself into a kickboxing athlete. 

Our Fitness Kickboxing classes involves no contact, no uniforms, no rituals, just a "kick-butt" workout that incorporates the best of functional fitness training along with the skills of kickboxing on a heavy bags and/or focus mitts. Plus, with our partnership with MYZONE - an new innovative heart rate based system that uses wireless and cloud technology to accurately and conveniently monitor physical activity with a focus on rewarding effort rather than fitness, it will be the most fun you have ever had getting into great shape!

Unlimited Attendance is Offered
Bag Classes:
Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 12:15-1:00 pm
and/or 
Monday through Thursday from 5:30-6:15 pm
Strike Classes:

Monday and Thursday from 6:20-7:05 pm
