Our system is a blend of 3 different styles of martial arts.

TRADITIONAL TAE KWON DO
Our foundation is Tae Kwon Do . With Tae Kwon Do our students learn a traditional martial art that promotes the etiquette that is expected in a traditional system. In addition, Tae Kwon Do gives the student the Life Skills such as Respect, Discipline, Integrity, Perseverance, Self Control and Humility to become a champion in life.

MODERN SPORT KICKBOXING
Our kickboxing portion of our system is world famous. Developed by Grandmaster Bill "Superfoot" Wallace, a retired undefeated world kickboxing champion (please see more about Mr. Wallace at link located at left). His proven system is extremely effective and very popular with our students. In addtion, the fitness workout that kickboxing provides is second to none!

REALITY BASED SELF DEFENSE 
Our self defense portion of our training is a based on fast, effective self defense methods that are not only easy to learn but easy to remember. Gone are the flashy, complicated movements that take months to learn and years to master, and replaced with techniques that are quick, to the point and best of all, are easily remembered under stress.
